Scalp Aesthetics Buffalo is headed by John Rosini, one of the longest tenured and most experienced scalp micropigmentation artists in the United States.

His clinic is the longest running in West New York, performing successful procedures for over four years spanning hundreds of clients. Scalp Aesthetics Buffalo is the only clinic in the area to specialize exclusively in scalp micropigmentation. This is our passion. We do not offer other procedures as they would distract us from our core mission of changing the lives of hair loss sufferers in upstate New York and beyond.

John’s story

Like many men, John experienced hair loss from a young age. After researching options available at the time, John realized he just could not afford a hair transplant procedure, so he continued his search. John then discovered scalp micropigmentation, and immediately booked a procedure.

John’s first SMP treatment was not successful, so he had to have it lasered off and reapplied from scratch. The second time around, his new scalp micropigmentation artist did an exceptional job and his SMP now looks completely natural. His journey serves as a reminder to all to research thoroughly before proceeding with any treatment sessions.

John did eventually get a hair transplant. Curious to experience how the two procedures could work in tandem, John’s FUE surgery was successful, and combined with his scalp micropigmentation treatment, John now appears to have a thick head of long hair.

John’s personal experience trickled into his process as an artist. John starts every treatment conservatively to ensure the client achieves the most natural and undetectable look possible. John is obsessed with fine detail and wants every client to have the option to keep their treatment a secret.

John is also well versed in the hair transplant world. If you have already had a hair transplant, or are considering a combination solution with SMP, or have a hair transplant scar to hide, John is in a better position than most to understand your position and offer fully tailored assistance to get you to where you want to be.

What makes John so different is his honesty and authenticity. He doesn’t bullshit his clients, he doesn’t downplay the hair transplant industry, and he discusses all viable options. If that means that the client leaves the clinic to get a hair transplant instead, then so be it.
